Ain’t nothing wrong with a couple ‘Pretty Girls’ in Wale’s new video

As if we don’t have enough to worry about as people in America in this day in time, a small group of women are angry because Wale didn’t have the “proper representation” of “Pretty Girls” in his video for the song off of his album meaning not enough dark skinned black women in the video. I think to make this video something its not would be unfair to Wale and the music. Let’s just enjoy the music people. Check it out and let us know!

The 2010 Line-up for Bonnaroo (the best music festival you’ve never heard of) has Jay-Z.. Stevie Wonder.. Wale.. and more..

Try to name a better music festival in the country.. Go ahead.. I’ll wait.. So good that people in the music industry don’t even know about it.. and yeah.. that makes it better.. its where the real music fans go.. fans that will boo Kanye for being a little too ‘weak’ for complaining about his lighting and will camp out for a week living off of beef jerky and a keg.. Name me another place in the country where you can see Jay-Z, Stevie Wonder, Wale, Kings of Leon, Blues Traveler, Thievery Corporation and more.. Wale at HU for Haiti Benefit Concert

The ‘hardest working man’ in the biz right now made a stop at HU yesterday to do a benefit concert for the relief efforts in Haiti after the earthquake last week. For a lot of people that know something that has been effected by these event, this is a good way to raise some money and awareness for this cause. Props to Wale for doing this in his town, DC, and props to my old stomping ground HU for having the concert.. Looks like it cracked… some things never change.. (sigh)
