This week marks a year since this stimulus package went into effect on capitol hill. Since it was the first major policy that the Obama administration put into effect, there has been major focus of the benefit that it has had on the country’s economic state. There has also been a lot of debate on if we need another stimulus to keep up the positive momentum.
