Check out Afro Blue, a jazz group from Howard University (have to rep our school). They performed on the ABC show “The Sing Off” and if they don’t win we are all going to handcuff ourselves to their studio doors in protest. No seriously.

Although best known for making high-quality bluetooth headsets and wireless speakers, Jawbone clearly has bigger plans in store for its brand. Teasing a new product mysteriously dubbed “UP,” the company seems to be moving towards the direction of integrating its technology with consumer’s lifestyles. UP, a small bracelet-looking item, apparently will be capable of tracking users’ eating habits, sleep patterns, movements and more. Clearly aimed at the health-conscious market, there’s no confirmed release date for this new Jawbone product, but it will most definitely be available soon and come with an accompanying smartphone app.
