I was sitting up writing and working, and I stopped to think about what exactly is my motivation. When you think about it, it can be as complex or as simple as you like it to be. Some people are working strictly for the dollar, while others work for the passion of making a difference. I happen to be somewhere in the middle, and I think that you can rightfully make a difference, but you should never sacrifice a dollar to do it. Nothing is ever promised.

And that got me thinking about this video from an interview that Tavis Smiley did with Will Smith before the “I am Legend” movie came out. He was talking about his drive and motivation to be the best in everything that he does. One thing that I will say, this man is not playing around. And for the record, I’m not either..
